Inspire Global Co-Founders Barry Donalson and Mike Baron, along with their partners/vendors have more than 100 years of combined experience in the direct sales and related industries.

They understand what it takes to build a successful network marketing business and company. As Inspire Global grows, the company continually invests in developing an internal leadership team that cares.



Barry Donalson is a hands-on practical facilitator, who has personally built sales organizations of over 550,000 representatives. He has been directly and indirectly responsible for enrolling over 750,000 people in the network distribution industry. Barry personal sales organizations produced over $750 million in sales. He brings over 30 years of experience in professional & personal development, representative prospecting, “real retailing,” compensation plan progression, and leadership development

Barry has trained leaders from networking companies around the world. He has received numerous honors and prestigious rewards and has also been featured in every industry publication such as networking times, upline, network marketing lifestyles, money makers monthly, vanguard, and home business connection, your business from home, success from home.

Barry has instructed at Harvard, Yale and other University-level specialty courses on international leadership and global strategic planning. Barry has written numerous articles and columns for various industry and public publications. He has also released over 50 audio & video training programs and co-authored a book entitled “conversations on success” co-authored with Jim Rohn, Brian Tracey, and Dr. David Gray, from Men are from Mars – Women are from Venus.

Barry graduated from the University of Arkansas where he received a ba in Marketing and Applied Mathematics. He also holds a CDSP certification from the University of Illinois of Chicago, college of business administration.



Michael Baron has been Chief Financial Officer and vice president of finance for several multi-level marketing and direct sales companies overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance for the company. He had help companies to over a $115 million dollar in revenue.

Michael has worked in accounting and finance for over 35 years. Mr. Baron held a series of leadership roles within the telecommunications, travel and online sectors, including President, and CFO, and majority owner of e-Znet, a multi-million-dollar regional internet company; accounting manager and director of MIS & Administration for Cellular One, controller of Gateway Cable, and internal auditor for Metromedia.

Michael is a CPA and received a BBA in Accounting, and an MBA in financial management from Kent State University.


Technology Partner

Fraser Burns is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ocenture and has over 28 years’ experience in building profitable global organizations and developing infrastructure to market a diverse line of products and services. His career has included success in new business and product development, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international technology integration, and complete business re-structuring and planning. Burns has developed and implemented strategic executive management strategies resulting in extensive long-term growth and profitability for his group of Companies. Ocenture provides private label products and services in technology development and support, healthcare technology to identity theft protection services. Burns is also the Managing Partner of Ocenture SRL a Iasi, Romania technology firm focused on integrated web technology, design and infrastructure.



Thirty-seven years ago, John Przywara left the Dallas Police Vice Squad and entered the travel industry by organizing ski trips for his fellow police officers and thus a hobby grew into a business. From modest beginnings in 1978, the company expanded to become a powerful force in the wholesale and consolidator sector of the industry. In 1997, Przywara joined with four other companies to form Travel Services International, Inc. and created one of the largest single-source leisure travel companies in the US. Travel Services International, Inc. (TSI) went public on the NASDAQ and raised $32,550,000 as proceeds to the company, and then embarked on an aggressive campaign to acquire additional companies. In April of 2000, Travel Services International, Inc. was acquired by the United Kingdom-based My Travel, PLC (formerly Air Tours, PLC) for $360,000,000. He is bringing with him his reputation and 30 years

experience in the wholesale travel industry to expand International Vacations, Inc. to offer wholesale / consolidator travel to destinations worldwide.

Emil Dostovic is the Vice President of Business Development at Carelumina. Emil graduated with Bachelors in Corporate Finance at University of North Florida. Mr. Dostovic has 10+ years of marketing, sales, and business development experience. He has worked around the globe as a professional fashion model appearing in global advertising campaigns and has appeared in numerous runway shows around the world for some of the most recongizable fashion brands in the industry such as; Armani, Givenchy, GQ, Vogue, and Italian Vogue just to name a few.

Mr. Dostovic also played a role in launching new products for Merrill Lynch while obtaining his Series 7, Series 66 & Insurance licenses. As Vice President of Business Development, Emil’s responsibility is establishing Carelumina as a global force in the health and wellness industry through the relationships of various sales channels.
