Barry graduated from the University of Arkansas where he received a ba in Marketing and Applied Mathematics. He also holds a CDSP certification from the University of Illinois of Chicago, college of business administration.

Michael Baron has been Chief Financial Officer and vice president of finance for several multi-level marketing and direct sales companies overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance for the company. He had help companies to over a $115 million dollar in revenue.

Michael has worked in accounting and finance for over 35 years. Mr. Baron held a series of leadership roles within the telecommunications, travel and online sectors, including President, and CFO, and majority owner of e-Znet, a multi-million-dollar regional internet company; accounting manager and director of MIS & Administration for Cellular One, controller of Gateway Cable, and internal auditor for Metromedia.

Michael is a CPA and received a BBA in Accounting, and an MBA in financial management from Kent State University.

Burns is also the Managing Partner of Ocenture SRL a Iasi, Romania technology firm focused on integrated web technology, design and infrastructure.

Mr. Dostovic has 10+ years of marketing, sales, and business development experience. He has worked around the globe as a professional fashion model appearing in global advertising campaigns and has appeared in numerous runway shows around the world for some of the most recongizable fashion brands in the industry such as; Armani, Givenchy, GQ, Vogue, and Italian Vogue just to name a few.

Mr. Dostovic also played a role in launching new products for Merrill Lynch while obtaining his Series 7, Series 66 & Insurance licenses. As Vice President of Business Development, Emil’s responsibility is establishing Carelumina as a global force in the health and wellness industry through the relationships of various sales channels.
